Ingredients

  • 20ml Campari 

  • 20ml St Germain elderflower liqueur 

  • 20ml white port 

  • dry sparkling wine to top 

  • orange peel to garnish

Method

  1. Add Campari, St Germain and white port to a chilled mini carafe or highball glass.

    Add ice, top with sparkling wine, stir and garnish with a twist of orange peel.
