20ml Campari
20ml St Germain elderflower liqueur
20ml white port
dry sparkling wine to top
orange peel to garnish
Method
Add Campari, St Germain and white port to a chilled mini carafe or highball glass.
Add ice, top with sparkling wine, stir and garnish with a twist of orange peel.
