WHEN IS EOFY?

In Australia, EOFY will fall on Sunday, June 30 2024. However, the date for EOFY changes from country to country.

In New Zealand, EOFY falls on March 31, while in the United Kingdom EOFY is on April 5.

EOFY sales occur in the lead-up to June 30, so you can expect discounts to go live in the weeks prior to then.

WHAT DOES EOFY STAND FOR?

EOFY stands for “end of financial year” and is an important date for anyone who owns a business.

In Australia, EOFY marks the date for when you can start filing your tax return and if you run a business it’s when you would complete tasks like an inventory stocktake, summaries of debts and assets as well as other financial reports.
