EOFY 2025 Australia: Best Deals on Smartphones & Accessories

The ultra slim smartphone has just launched and it’s already been spotted on sale in a huge EOFY deal.

If your phone feels like it’s begging for retirement, the end of financial year sales (EOFY) are a great time to get what you really want, for a lot less.

And we’re not talking about older models, either. This includes the latest models from some of the biggest brands like Samsung, Apple and Google.

One deal I didn’t expect to see was $400 off Samsung’s ultra slim Galaxy S25 Edge, which only hit stores late last month. It’s the thinnest model from the S series and packs the popular Galaxy AI features, such as Best Face and Generative Edit, along with a larger 6.8-inch display and 200MP wide lens (same as the top-tier Galaxy S25 Ultra).

Reviewers say this “sleek phone” is “barely noticeable”, with one impressed reviewer saying it “feels lighter” but still maintains the a “premium” feel thanks to the titanium frame.

“There’s only so many reviews you can read or pictures you can look at on the internet, but the second you pick it up you’ll want one, and you’ll never want a thicker phone again,” another posted.

Another major deal we’re loving is $313 off the Apple iPhone 16 Plus, dropping from $1699 to $1386. Fans say they “can’t fault” the device, with some calling it “a beast” when it comes to battery and great buy with “super camera quality”. Apple items aren’t on sale as often as its rivals, so this EOFY event is definitely the time to shop if you’ve been waiting for a decent iPhone discount.

WHEN ARE THE END OF FINANCIAL YEAR SALES 2025?

Most end of financial year sales will kick off from 1 June, though it’s not uncommon to see deals from mid-May.

HOW LONG DO THE END OF FINANCIAL YEAR SALES LAST?
