Adoring Melbourne crowds greet Meghan and Harry

THE Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been greeted by thousands of cheering fans on their whirlwind Melbourne trip.

Crowds queued for hours to get a glimpse of Meghan and Harry in their first local public appearance at Government House Drive. People lined a Fitzroy street where the couple lunched at social enterprise restaurant, Charcoal Lane.
