Jimmy Bartel’s squeeze Lauren Mand has put her London digs up for rent “ASAP” as she plans an immediate move back to Melbourne within the week.
Bartel’s girlfriend Mand — revealed after his shock split with wife Nadia — has put her two-bedroom apartment on the market “with option to extend” as sources say she is on the move back to Australia.
It’s understood Mand is currently in London, after making a quick trip back to Australia earlier this month to be with Bartel in the wake of his messy break-up with his wife of five years and the mother of his two children.
Mand posted an ad hyping up the apartment last week, hoping a “professional female” would rent the “$1500-a-month-room ASAP”.
She listed a moving-in date of September 22, but as of Monday morning, the bedroom was still available for rent.
“Great sized apartment, double bedroom available ASAP,” the post to the Aussies in London Facebook group read.
“Situated in a modern developed building on a quiet street right in the heart of Dalston. The apartment’s location really offers everything.”
Mand also talked up her housemate, saying the full-time worker “is a fun, energetic girl who is a dream to have as a roommate.
“She loves cooking, up for a drink every now and then but respects your privacy and space.”
It’s understood Bartel was holed up with Mand earlier this year in London when he went to Wimbledon in June.
Glamorous WAG and entrepreneur Nadia Bartel and Jimmy announced their split early last month amid a whirlwind of suggestions of third parties, innuendos and stolen Brownlow dresses. You can’t make this stuff up.
Nadia Bartel told the Herald Sun she was heartbroken by the separation.

Interestingly, Jimmy was a no-show for Channel 7’s first week of the finals.
The Geelong champion wasn’t asked to do commentary for any of the four games in the opening week of September, which raised eyebrows given he has been a key member of the Seven team throughout the season.
Recently retired Carlton star Dale Thomas was a surprise inclusion for the GWS-Western Bulldogs elimination final.
It’s understood Bartel sat that game out given he recently joined the Giants board, but he strangely wasn’t used in any of the three other games.
