Cutting edge burger festival finds new home

BURGER festival Burgapalooza has a new home at Parramatta, for two days of epic feasting. But where will it go taste wise after the tequila and agave bacon jam, beef and bone marrow patty with porcini bacon butter and fermented pork jowl nduja concoction of last year?
