Chai spiced creme fraiche recipe

Designed to be dolloped on banana bread.

Ingredients
400g creme fraiche
1tbsp coconut sugar
2 tsp chai powder
1 orange, zest and juice
Method
In a medium-sized bowl, add the creme fraiche, sugar, chai powder, orange zest and half the juice, and mix well.
You can play around with the spices, adding a little extra cinnamon or nutmeg. Serve generous dollops on top of banana bread.
