Jessica Hol and Angus Nicol of Rockdale's Swallow Coffee Traders are rottweilers for detail, so your reward is a dark and deliciously fruity single origin 'shorty' piccolo ($3.50), beautifully presented on a tray with a glass of sparkling mineral water. The monochrome space is simple but graphic, and apart from wholesome avocado-driven breakfasts, jaffles are the food of choice. Of course they are.
