Opposition Leader Peter Dutton has floated cutting ties with the International Criminal Court, amid a deepening political row over Anthony Albanese skirting around criticism of prosecutors targeting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Mr Dutton said Australia should join other countries to press The Hague-based ICC to drop its application for an arrest warrant for Mr Netanyahu over alleged war crimes stemming from Israel’s invasion of Gaza.
