PM’s refusal to slap down international court ‘tarnishes’ Australia

Jewish groups are demanding that Anthony Albanese stop hedging and join Joe Biden in condemning an international court seeking an arrest warrant for Israel’s leader Benjamin Netanyahu over alleged war crimes.
Mr Albanese refused to be drawn on the International Criminal Court’s decision to pursue Mr Netanyahu, sparking accusations from Opposition Leader Peter Dutton that the prime minister had “squibbed it” and was selling out Australia.
