By attacking Iran’s nukes, Israel changes the question

After being lambasted by the west for the suffering of the Palestinians, Israel has a chance to rebuild its battered standing by focusing on its ultimate enemy.

Israel’s strikes on Iran’s nuclear capacities appear to have confirmed the transformative new strategic balance of power in the Middle East since the catastrophe of October 7, 2023.

There has been none of the promised hellfire of rockets – tens of thousands of them – raining down on Tel Aviv from Iran’s Hezbollah terror proxies in Lebanon and Syria.
