Tokyo | China says it will take “justified actions” to defend its interests in the South China Sea as it warned countries outside the region not to stir up tensions over its maritime claims.
Foreign Minister Wang Yi said on Thursday said China had exercised a “high degree of restraint” during maritime clashes in the disputed waterways, but warned it would respond if provoked.
