Union in $3m industrial straitjacket at Chevron

The militant maritime union has agreed to pay $3 million if it is involved in unlawful industrial action at any Chevron project for the next 10 years.
The Maritime Union of Australia's extraordinary settlement puts an end to an eight-year court battle with the gas giant over stoppages at its Gorgon LNG project back in 2012 in protest over foreign crews.
