Tech bosses want uni degrees but Google bets on short courses

Tech companies must look beyond university graduates and loosen education requirements for job applicants to plug the industry’s massive skills gaps.
That is one of the key findings from a new report by the Australian Computer Society, which found 97 per cent of ICT job postings in Australia required a bachelor degree or higher.
