Mandate by stealth: lawyer, consultant job candidates must have jab

While not yet mandating staff vaccinations, some law firms and professional services firms have started quietly requiring that job candidates are fully vaccinated, according to parts of the recruitment industry.

Lawyers have raised questions about the requirement, which had been flagged as a condition of contract, given the sectors are generally low-risk and employees can usually do their job by working from home.
