High rate of job switching is set to continue

Global recruitment specialist Robert Half expects job switching in Australia to remain at elevated levels for the remainder of 2022 as companies look to refresh their senior leadership teams, better utilise data and technology and stay abreast of constantly changing customer demands.

The prediction comes as Treasurer Josh Frydenberg said yesterday that more than one million workers started a new job in the three months to November 2021, an increase of 10 per cent on pre-pandemic levels.
