A flight attendant sacked from soccer club owner Paul Lederer’s private jet over concerns she was not getting the maximum rest has won compensation after invoking the billionaire and his wife’s extensive catering demands.

The Fair Work Commission held Lederer Group entity Pejr Business Aviation had no valid reason to sack the attendant from Mr Lederer’s 14-passenger Gulfstream 550 aircraft for allegedly disobeying a pilot instruction to change hotels in Los Angeles.
