CEO claims she was overworked, bullied by chairman
The former chief executive and co-owner of a human resources consultancy business has claimed she was illegally required to work more than 70 hours a week and was the victim of "relentless" bullying by the company's chairman.
Kelly Quirk accused Perth-based Harrier Human Capital of breaching workplace safety laws through excessive hours in court documents filed this week that reveal a major blow-up with the board was behind her exit from the firm this year.
