BHP miner sacked over groping, lewd comments

A BHP mine worker has lost his case that he was unfairly dismissed over allegations he made lewd comments to young housekeepers and grabbed the breast of one of them.

The fly-in, fly-out technician, Dean “Deano” Dunlop, was fired from the company’s Yandi iron ore mine in the Pilbara after two cleaners at the mine’s village came forward to allege he had sexually harassed them in separate incidents.
