Amazon refrains from vax mandate, relies on AI to keep workers apart

E-commerce giant Amazon will not impose a vaccine mandate on its warehouse workers in Australia, believing it can rely on a $140 bonus to maximise inoculation against COVID-19.

Amazon is busing employees to vaccination appointments and providing information to tackle vaccine hesitancy, said Jane Bourke, the company’s global director of health and safety.
