Male and pale: the face of Australia's top chief executives
A BOSS survey has found leadership at Australia's top 100 companies looks much as it did five years ago, with a few exceptions.
The typical chief executive of a blue chip Australian company may look and feel very much like he (and yes, it is a he) did five years ago, but he is better educated.
The proportion of CEOs in the ASX 100 with at least an undergraduate degree has grown from 84 per cent to 93 per cent over the past five years, analysis by AFR BOSS magazine has found.
