Are you a breakfast person?

I wasn’t always but I am now. It’s important to have protein before a workout. I have a protein coffee. I add a scoop of protein powder to my coffee, so that I’m putting protein in my body before I do a workout. After my workout I’ve been quite consistent recently with having a rice crisp with almond butter and blueberries. I’ve been eating that every day for about six months and haven’t got tired of it.
