What time do you get up? What happens?

During the week, I’m quite religious. I get up probably around 5am, 5.30am, depending on the day. On Mondays and Fridays I go running with my daughter. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I go to F45 [fitness training], and on Wednesdays and Sundays, I do yoga.
