When the coronavirus pandemic first hit early last year, banker Andrew Pridham, his wife, Carolyn, and their school-age daughter fled Mosman for their 120-hectare farm, Essington, just minutes outside Bowral.
Luckily, the move coincided with Pridham’s decision to shift from being chief executive of Sydney-based investment bank Moelis Australia to becoming its vice-chairman.
