Ilana Atlas says one of the biggest challenges over the eight years she chaired Jawun, a not-for-profit organisation that supports Indigenous communities, was keeping the organisation on track.

Atlas, who chairs shopping centre group Scentre and is a former head of people at Westpac, was named the winner of the Not-For-Profit category in the inaugural Financial Review BOSS Director Awards on Thursday night.
