Tech company founder and CEO Allan Waddell suffered from long bouts of depression and anxiety that felt incurable until he was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 35.

He couldn’t sleep, was terrified of leaving the house, and would practise reading a single line from a book over and over until he could focus for long enough to understand the sentence he had just read.
