What time do you normally get up and what do you do first?
I get up at around 6.15 usually and go for a run. I do a lap around Centennial Park (in Sydney’s eastern suburbs) and then run back home. It takes about half an hour. I try to do that five days a week, but I don’t run on the weekend.
