The uni employers like most when hiring graduates

Universities are producing graduates who adapt to the workforce easily, but fewer than half of all employers and grads say their qualification is important to their job, a survey has found.
Employers also say they find students who did their degree on-campus are better employees than those who studied online, particularly when it comes to collaboration and communication.
