When the COVID-19 pandemic is over professionals will go back to radically different workplaces, with the traditional 9-to-5 workday upended and office sizes shrinking as more of us work from home.

Remote work will also break traditional management structures and leaders will start to play an active role in managing the mental health of staff, according to a series of post-pandemic predictions from KPMG.
