As tens of thousands of students finish years of hard slog at university, many employers are preparing their graduate recruitment programs beginning in February, a pivotal time in their hiring calendar.

“For many employers, it’s their main feeder of new talent on an annual basis,” says Clinton Bolst, general manager of graduate and project recruitment at jobs agency Chandler Macleod.
