Up the garden path with dodgy developers
What’s missing from the new strata laws is any reference to the scandal of embedded networks or, indeed, any duty of care by strata managers.

The first will lead to a “supercharging” of Building Commissioner David Chandler’s powers – Premier Chris Minns’ choice of words – in his war on dodgy developers, and his drive to increase confidence in investment in the strata blocks we so badly need to solve our housing crisis.
