As if the revolution in private markets wasn’t enough, welcome to the world of the “private-public” sharemarket.
For a little under $8000 a trade, investors can buy and sell some of the world’s hottest unlisted private companies, such as SpaceX, OpenAI and even Melbourne’s own Airwallex, on US-based trading platforms that look and feel a lot like the ASX, at least online.
