NetComm deal gets green light despite investor concerns

Shareholders in telecommunications network equipment company NetComm Wireless have given the $161 million takeover offer from US company Casa Systems a green light, despite vocal opposition from a group of investors.
The acquisition was approved with 86.6 per cent of the vote, compared to 13.4 per cent against.
