After $180m deal, young rich listers buy into $80m AI start-up

A pair of entrepreneurs who sold their tech company for $180 million have made their first investment from one of Australia’s newest family offices, acquiring a minority stake in Sydney start-up Relume.

Brothers Frank and Jacques Greeff, who sold their real estate marketing tech start-up Realbase to Domain in 2022, propelling them onto the AFR Young Rich List, have also joined Relume’s board as part of the deal. (Nine Entertainment, which owns The Australian Financial Review, is Domain’s controlling shareholder.)
