Technology and science industry experts have warned a wide-ranging government review into Australia’s research and development system, flagged in Tuesday’s federal budget, must not seek to reduce tax incentives.
The Australian Financial Review can reveal the landmark review will take up to 18 months to report, with an independent expert panel and terms of reference for the review to be announced in coming weeks.
