Spartan Resources in $220m raise; Canaccord, Sternship, Euroz on ticket
West Australian gold explorer Spartan Resources has kicked off a $220 million institutional placement.
Joint lead managers and book runners Canaccord Genuity and Sternship Advisers were rounding up investors at $1.32 per share – a 7 per cent discount to the last traded price – on Tuesday morning. Euroz Hartleys is acting as co-manager for the non-underwritten placement.
