Private equity is deepening its hold on the cybersecurity sector.
Two months after Quadrant’s Bastion Security Group inked a deal to acquire Melbourne cybersecurity business Cythera, Street Talk can reveal mid-market private equity investor Pemba Capital Partners has quietly acquired a 50 per cent stake in ctrl:cyber.
