Herbert Smith Freehills lifer and leading M&A lawyer Tony Damian is retiring from the partnership after almost three decades, the firm has confirmed.

“We are grateful to Tony for the contribution that he has made to our firm, and he leaves with our best wishes,” Matt FitzGerald, managing partner for corporate, Australia and Asia, told Street Talk.
