A property tech start-up with a fintech twist, Real Flow Finance, has locked in a new $25 million funding facility with leading Sydney-based credit investor Global Credit Investments.
The company is a non-bank lender specialising in loans to assist vendors to cover the marketing costs associated with selling their property, and loans for real estate agents secured against future receivable commissions.
