Dominion Voting Systems’ suit against Fox News’ parent company for fanning a conspiracy theory that Dominion had helped steal the last US election continues to entertain on both sides of the Atlantic.
The latest Dominion filings mined subpoenaed evidence and depositions to highlight the editorial strategising of Fox’s top executives, to whom questions of tone were top of mind in the chaotic days when Donald Trump first claimed the last US election was stolen.
