The fiendishness of getting accepted into the Royal Sydney Golf Club is best illustrated by the fact that even Kerry Packer couldn’t get a candidate up (that infamous episode leading him to pour money into golf courses elsewhere).

Still, for those willing to brave the decade-long waiting list, $30,000 admission fee and subsequent judgment of their peers (assuming one gets that far), membership grants entry into one of Sydney’s most exclusive and luxurious playgrounds, whose greenery is only matched by its exquisite networking opportunities.
