The oldest golf club in the country, the exclusive Australian Golf Club in Sydney, pocketed $1.5 million of JobKeeper despite a significant rise in annual profit and steady revenue.

The prestigious golf club, based in Rosebery, also managed to increase the total remuneration paid to its chief executive and course superintendent during the year, from $618,00 to $635,000.
