Yellow Brick Road, the loss-making upstart lender and Mark Bouris piggybank, continues to limp along to de-listing from the ASX.
As we revealed last month, disgraced corporate raider Ron Brierley showed up to the de-listing vote to thumb his nose at Bouris, his brother Adrian and director John George, where shareholders mercifully voted to take the penny stock private.
