F45’s energetic founder Adam Gilchrist is hoping to distance himself from the wreckage of his two self-branded US rugby teams which were left smouldering after a torrid 2022.

After spending months quietly paying off more than 70 disgruntled players and staff, Gilchrist (not the cricketer) told this newspaper he’s only compensating rugby players out of the goodness of his heart, and not because of any legal responsibility he had as ultimate owner of the teams.
