Former F45 boss Adam Gilchrist embroiled in US rugby player dispute
Former F45 Training chief executive Adam Gilchrist has settled more than 70 claims with former players and staff that were brought against two rugby union clubs he owned, the Los Angeles Giltinis and Austin Gilgronis.
Mr Gilchrist, who abruptly left F45 last year after a slide in the company’s share price, is still negotiating the companies’ pay dispute with at least two of the players and coaches in those teams. Part of the disagreement is over gyms that were promised to the players but never provided – agreements not disclosed to investors when F45 floated on the Nasdaq in 2021.
