ABA whittles down search for new CEO

The departure of Anna Bligh opens the door, potentially, for another former politician.

Recruiting firm ZRG Partners is conducting the search to replace Anna Bligh as chief of the Australian Banking Association.

The final candidates are rumoured to be in the process of speed-dating the CEOs. Several insiders have suggested the banks are predisposed to picking another former politician.
