Construction industry heavyweight Simon Gray and his wife Gabrielle have listed their architect-designed Brighton mansion, which took 35 stonemasons to build and comes with a 20-metre infinity pool and subterranean man cave.
Mr Gray, who now helms boutique developer Progressio, first bought on Elwood Street in the Melbourne suburb in 1991, then purchased the block next door in 2007. The Grays went on to enlist acclaimed architecture firm SJB to plan a major renovation and create a dream family home across the two blocks.
