Ruslan Kogan, the founder of online retailer Kogan.com and a former Rich Lister, has emerged as the buyer of two adjoining homes on Toorak’s most coveted street, St Georges Road – taking his property portfolio in Melbourne’s most exclusive suburb to four.

The pair of double-storey brick maisonette homes with three bedrooms each and a pool at the back– on a 617 sq m block with no heritage overlay and built in the 1930s– were pitched as a potential development opportunity when they hit the market earlier this year.
