‘Insane’ mansion with Vestey family links hits market for $35m
One of Perth’s grandest private homes could soon become one of its most expensive residential sales, after Applecross property Duncraig House hit the prestige market guiding $31 million to $35 million.
If that guide is achieved, the clifftop mansion overlooking the Swan River will become Western Australia’s second most expensive home after iron ore heiress Angela Bennett sold her Mosman Park mansion for $57.5 million to fellow mining magnate Chris Ellison in 2009, claiming the national record at the time.
