Roberts Co has until Thursday to complete its planned acquisition of Probuild’s Victorian projects, a target that looks likely after administrator Deloitte said a deal was close to finalising.
The Sydney-based builder declined to comment ahead of the March 31 deadline for the deal under which it expects to take over the collapsed company’s Melbourne projects, with the exception of two that the developers have already taken back to complete.
